Golden Hour: A marbled acrylic-pour face framed by twisted braids and gold leaves, on a canvas splashed with gold.

Golden Hour brings together two of my favorite techniques. The face is sculpted and finished with an acrylic pour, so the brown, cream and white paint swirls like marble. It's framed by chunky twisted braids in black, brown and gold, with gold leaves tucked in at the side.

The background is splattered with metallic gold paint that bursts out from behind the head.

Try it yourself

Acrylic pouring is one of the most popular things to try at a Craftee paint party. Every pour turns out different, and that's the fun of it.
